About me
I am an athlete, personal trainer, and Multi-sport performance coach.
My experience and knowledge in the health & fitness industry spans over 35 years.
I have personally represented GB in Multi-sport events.
I coach GB Age-group athletes in Multi-sport events.
I have coached 100s of athletes for ultra endurance events such as ultra marathon, adventure racing, Ironman triathlon, and long-distance kayak racing.
I work with people returning to fitness that have complex health issues/ injuries.
More recently, I have used my wealth of knowledge and expertise into helping athletes achieve great success at hybrid fitness racing (Hyrox, Deka).


My philosophy is to support and motivate athletes and guide them to achieve their personal performance goals.

MSc Degree in Sports Science.
Degree in Health and Social Care.
Pose method running specialist.
Personal Trainer, Level 3.
PGC in Clinical Exercise Science.
Sports massage diploma.
Diploma in Triathlon Coaching, Level 3.
Crossfit Level 1 trainer.
Open water swim coach.

These awards are very special to me. Driven by a passion for grassroots sports, I am proud to have won multiple coaching awards while successfully championing multi-sport initiatives that keep our local community active and engaged.
What I do:
COACHING:
Whatever the goal, I can make the plan work for you to maximise your optimum performance.
Together, we will improve your performance in sports such as Hyrox, Deka, Running, or Triathlon, whatever your level.
I have extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of improving running performance throughout all distances.
Athletes I have coached for running have achieved great success, from their first 5k to athletes running sub 17 min, and Ironman triathlon athletes achieving sub 3:15 marathons at their Ironman events.
I work with Age-group triathletes who are aiming for European & World championships & Kona qualification.
My passion also lies at the starting line—guiding beginners through those first critical steps and celebrating every milestone as they progress.
